Founder of travisgoldglobal, Darwin Green has over 20 years of experience in the mineral deposit industry in USA, Canada and Latin America, with vast knowledge and a successful history in Alaska. He has a proven record of identifying opportunities, making discoveries and executing complex advanced exploration. His corporate credentials include involvement in multiple public financings and corporate transactions, negotiating option and joint venture agreements, and developing business opportunities.

Most recently, Mr. Green served as Vice President, Exploration for Constantine Metal Resources advancing the Alaska Palmer zinc/copper deposit to the Preliminary Economic Assessment stage. Prior to that, Mr. Green oversaw resource expansion and underground development programs at the Niblack deposit on Prince of Wales Island, for which he received the Commissioner’s Award for Project Excellence by the State of Alaska. Mr. Green drives the strategy, oversees the exploration processes and leads the business development and corporation marketing for TravisGold Global. Mr. Green holds both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in economic geology.

Mike Cinnamond is currently Sr Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for B2Gold. Prior to B2Gold, Mr. Cinnamond was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was the BC Resources Leader for the Mining, Forestry and Energy and Utilities practices. Mr. Cinnamond has 19 years of experience in the mining industry sector. Mr. Cinnamond is currently a director of the Canadian Institute of Mining and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC.

Lance Miller resides in Anchorage, Alaska where he is Vice President of Natural Resources for NANA Regional Corporation, one of 12 Alaska native regional corporations. Lance has worked for over 30 years in the minerals industry throughout North America from Mexico to the Canadian and US Arctic, as well as in Asia, Russia and Africa. He currently is a chairman of the Alaska Minerals Commission, is an Executive board member of the Resource Development Council, the Council of Alaska Producers and is on the University of Alaska Anchorage Geosciences advisory board. Lance has also worked in the economic development sector.

Michael Gray is a proven leader with a successful track record in capital markets and the global mining sector. He has been a top-ranked Mining equity analyst for the past 15 years, is currently a partner with Agentis Capital (since 2019), and previously had a nine year career with Macquarie Capital Markets, where he was Managing Director and Team Head, Mining Equity Research, Canada. Prior to this, Michael co-founded Rubicon Minerals as a new explorer (1996 - 2005) that he helped build into a top-ranked mineral exploration company. He also brings extensive technical knowledge from his experience with various senior mining companies including Lac Minerals, Minnova, Falconbridge and Cominco. Michael has a B.Sc.(Geol) from the University of British Columbia and an M.Sc.(Economic Geology) from Laurentian University. He is past-President of the +5,000 member Association for Mineral Exploration (AME).

Anne Labelle is a geologist and a lawyer who has been focused on mineral exploration and development for the past 25 years. Ms. Labelle is the founder, President & CEO of Sterling Green Law Corporation. Most recently, Ms. Labelle was the VP of Legal & Sustainability of Midas Gold Corp., responsible for managing all aspects of the legal, sustainability and regulatory affairs of Midas Gold Corp., including oversight of legal affairs, and management and direction of the environmental, permitting, regulatory and public affairs aspects of the Stibnite Gold Project in Idaho, USA. Previously, Ms. Labelle served as  Manager of Sustainability and Legal Affairs for Capstone Mining Corporation. Ms. Labelle practiced securities law at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP before returning to the mining industry in 2008.

Ms. Labelle has an B.Sc. (Honours) in Geology (Carleton University), an LLB (University of British Columbia), is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Labelle also serves on the public entity board of Fiore Gold Ltd. and the operating entity board for Midas Gold Idaho, Inc.
